Karlee Pollard

KarLee Pollard, MBA, currently serves as the E-Commerce Search Manager at Motion since September 2025. Prior to this role, KarLee held various positions at Pants Store from September 2020 to September 2025, including E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Associate, and began as a Sales Assistant. KarLee also worked as a Tumbling Instructor at both American Cheerleading Center and ACE Cheer Company, LLC from December 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, a brief stint in marketing at Altar'd State provided valuable experience in enhancing customer experiences. KarLee holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution, with earlier education at Jefferson State Community College.
