Sam Cooper serves as Division Vice President at Motion since September 2022. Previously, Sam held the position of Area Vice President - Central Area at Kaman Industrial Technologies from January 2006 to September 2022, overseeing P&L for all branches and belt shops in the Midwest and formulating regional corporate contracts. Prior to that, Sam was Regional Director - South Central at Kaman Industrial Technologies, managing a $72 million P&L and leading sales, operations, and engineering teams across several states. Earlier experience includes roles as District Manager and Branch Manager at APO Pumps & Compressors and Sales Engineer, where Sam significantly expanded territory and managed key product lines. Sam's career began as an Applications Engineer at Ingersoll Rand. Sam holds an MBA from Capital University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
