Ralf Schuster

Ralf Schuster has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ralf is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at MotionMiners GmbH, where they help industrial and logistics companies visualize their processes through data mining. Prior to that, Ralf worked at the WILO Group from 2013 to 2021, where they held roles such as Supply Chain Project Manager and Head of Production Planning & Control. In these positions, they were responsible for inventory management, supplier development, and process optimization. Before joining WILO Group, Ralf worked at Mondi Group and T&O Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where they gained expertise in operations management and supply chain consulting. Ralf also has experience as a Simulationsingenieur at Metrixnet GmbH. Overall, Ralf has a strong background in project management, production planning, and operational excellence.

Ralf Schuster obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Process Optimization, Production, and Logistics Planning from the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Timber Construction and Finishing from the same institution, completing their studies in 2004.
