Lex Tan

Lex Tan is the current CEO of MotionsCloud, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, they were a research assistant at Fraunhofer ISE from 2013 to 2014, and a research intern at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013. Lex also participated in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program in 2014.

Lex Tan has a BEng in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Malaya. Lex also has an Erasmus Mundus Master Degree in Optics and Photonics Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, ICFO, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and Université Paul Cézanne. Lex has also done a Student Exchange Program in Information & Communication Technology from Daejeon University. Lex is certified from Microsoft Corporation as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Microsoft Office Project and from Sun Microsystems Inc. as a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
