Mareike Holinski

Mareike Holinski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Mareike is currently the Head of People & Talents at Motius, a unique R&D company specializing in emerging technologies. In this role, they lead the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team, responsible for attracting and hiring the right people for the organization. Prior to this, Mareike held the position of Senior Manager People & Talents | Recruiting Lead at Motius, where they played a key role in talent acquisition and management.

Before joining Motius, Mareike worked as an HR Consultant at konsultwerk - Unternehmensberatung für Personalmanagement, where they gained expertise in personnel management. Mareike started as a Junior HR Consultant and later progressed to the role of HR Consultant before leaving in 2019.

Mareike also has experience as a Lecturer at Technische Hochschule Deggendorf, where they shared their knowledge and expertise in a teaching capacity.

Additionally, they have worked as a Werkstudentin at Wäscherei Holinski&Rommel GmbH, where they gained practical experience in a student role. Mareike supported various tasks within the company during their time there.

Mareike Holinski completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik - Human Resource Education and Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2015. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2016 to 2018.
