Dan Grinstead has extensive experience in the refined products sector, with a career spanning over four decades. From August 2000 until retirement, Dan served as Director of Refined Products Supply at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where leadership included managing a 45-person team and optimizing supply chains for transportation fuels across multiple refineries. Previous roles at Shell Trading US Company included Vice President of Refined Products & Risk Management, where Dan played a pivotal role in establishing a proprietary trading company, and managed significant gasoline and crude oil trading operations across the U.S. A graduate of Ball State University with a BS in Economics and Finance, Dan has demonstrated a strong ability to drive value and efficiency in the energy sector throughout a distinguished career.
