Fawn Lu

Fawn Lu is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently at Motiva Enterprises LLC since September 2021. Fawn has a strong background in QA management, demonstrated through various roles at Direct Energy from 2011 to 2021, including Openlink Endur QA Owner and ETRM release QA Owner. Fawn effectively managed quality assurance processes for complex projects and applications in power and gas trading, employing a risk-based agile approach to maintain a low incident record. Previous experience includes positions at JP Morgan, Shell Trading, and JPMorganChase, where Fawn led significant migration and performance testing initiatives. Fawn holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and two degrees in Environmental Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
