Hal Hadden

Hal Hadden, CPA, CIA, CFE, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business transformation and accounting. Currently serving as Business Transformation Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC since 2015, Hal has also held various managerial roles focused on finance and technology integration, including leading initiatives for Robotic Process Automation and improvements in financial processes. Previous positions include Supervisor of Corporate Accounting at Apache, where Hal managed monthly close activities, and several key roles at KPMG LLP, providing internal audit and compliance advisory services. Hal began a career in finance at Shell Oil Products US, contributing to financial reporting and bank account reconciliation processes. Hal earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Louisiana State University.
