Ruby Derouen

Ruby DeRouen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Motiva Enterprises LLC since May 2024. Previously, Ruby held roles at Zachry Group as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, and at the Safety Council of Southwest Louisiana as a Human Resources Coordinator. Ruby began a career in the HR field after serving as Assistant to the Executive Director at the Southwest Louisiana Law Center, and earlier worked as a Veterinary Technician at Downtown Animal Hospital. Ruby holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management, both from McNeese State University.
