Motiva Physio aims to solve the problem of professional isolation. The Motiva Physio project addresses this by creating pay, operational and organizational structures, finding and developing the right people, and arranging our physical space to facilitate collaboration, team cohesion, and access to mentorship.  The result is happier clinicians, personal and professional growth, and better patient care.
