We are a not-for-profit organisation aiming to educate and develop life and employability skills for school students enrolled in Year 11, 12 or equivalents from diverse backgrounds. We offer students the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate II in Civil Construction and Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation, through on-site training and workplace experience while still in high school.

Most importantly, the Motivation Foundation transitions students to the world of work, supporting the skills required by the community, while at the same time providing for the needs of students and their families, relieving poverty and advancing education.
