I’m Mads Guldhammer, the person behind Motivational Guldhammer, and I help individuals and teams create the kind of change that feels real, grounded, and lasting. My work blends Transformative and Cognitive methods, supporting those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something more but unsure where to begin.

I support people who feel stretched thin – stressed, burnt out, or caught in a relentless hamster wheel that no longer serves them.
The outside looks fine, but inside they’re running on empty.
Through a five phase mind-shift process, I help them slow down, breathe again, and understand what’s driving the pressure. Together, we untangle old patterns, navigate fears, and rebuild a sense of direction.
The aim is simple: to move from surviving to truly living.

For Teams and Organisations

I work with teams who want stronger collaboration, clearer communication, and a healthier culture.
Together, we explore what drives behaviour, how stress and doubt influence performance, and how trust and alignment create momentum. My approach gives teams tools they can use immediately – and a shared language that strengthens the way they work.
