Shanu .

Shanu is a dedicated development professional with over 5 years of experience in government programs, CSR projects, skill development, education, and infrastructure management. Currently, Shanu leads development initiatives under the DMFT PMU in Deoghar, focusing on social impact through the empowerment of marginalized communities. Shanu has previously worked across several states in India, fostering partnerships between government and private sectors to enhance employment opportunities. Educated at NIT Kurukshetra, Shanu holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, along with a Master's in Social Work and an MBA in Human Resource Management.
