Motka is a remote Agile team, excellent in UX & UI design, product design and strategy.

Our dedicated team of designers delivers projects of any scale: We create MVPs, streamline existing product designs and work with large-scale brand redesigns.
Since 2005 we delight in developing complex top-notch looking UI design-systems for web services and mobile apps.

Our key advantages:

Flexibility
— We are prepared for changes and even for parts of the project not to be defined from the beginning
— We work with any tech stack, task traсker or delivery framework
— We know when to come up with design ideas and when to throw them away

Reliability
— We are 100% dedicated to our client projects
— Our goal is to make the design process efficient for the client and also engaging for the designers
— We tend to underpromise and overdeliver

High Quality
— For 15+ years we have been perfecting our craft, and we don't sacrifice quality for the sake of numbers
— We believe in the design that we create and bet our reputation on it
— To that end, we have rather high internal standards in terms of the quality of our design process and deliverables

Our team has unique product expertise in media design, data analysis, fintech, edtech, search engines, marketplaces, web3, and more.

Motka.design is a dedicated collective of designers who enjoy their craft.
We simply love creating designs. We make them as if we would use them ourselves.
For our clients, we create virtual product realities where all users feel comfortable and empowered.
