Tom Mitchell

Tom Mitchell, MBA, CPP, is currently serving as Group Product Manager at Motorola Solutions since May 2025. Previously, Tom held various positions at Noggin as Product Manager and MIRRAT as Business Transformation Manager, where responsibilities included coaching in Agile and Lean methodologies and enhancing efficiency through technology integration. At MIRRAT, Tom also served as Risk and Asset Manager and Safety and Compliance Manager, leading critical functions related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. Before joining MIRRAT, Tom worked at Tasmanian Ports Corporation and Southern Ports Authority in health and safety roles, overseeing compliance and operational efficiency. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Curtin University, and a program in the Science of Wellbeing from Yale University.
