David Wiggins

David Wiggins is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for IP Litigation at Motorola Mobility since August 2022, David previously held significant roles including Executive Patent Litigation Director at HTC America, Inc., managing global patent litigation and licensing from June 2009 to July 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Director of Patent Litigation Counsel at DLA Piper and Patent Attorney at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP.
