As a consultant and former principal owner of MJ Learning Inc., Jeff has designed and implemented training programs for numerous high-profile organizations such as NASA, Motorola, and GE Healthcare. Jeff has held leadership roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer, focusing on optimizing clients' assets and enhancing interpersonal skills. With a strong background in sales, customer service, and communication, Jeff has published several books with McGraw-Hill and has been a keynote speaker at numerous events. Jeff holds a degree in Marketing and English from Worsley Technical College.
