Jillian has over a decade of experience in customer service and sales. Jillian began their career at EDF Energy in 2006 as a Sales Quality Executive. In this role, they were responsible for managing sales complaints, reviewing potential high-risk complaints, and analyzing data to suggest areas for improvement. Jillian also oversaw the paper contracts process and managed the telephone sales red binder.
In December 2016, Jillian left EDF Energy to pursue a new opportunity at Motorway. Jillian is currently in an unknown role at the company, but their previous experience will no doubt be a valuable asset to their new team.
Jillian's educational career began when they attended Kings Manor Secondary School.
