Stephen Clark

Stephen Clark is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Manager at Motorway since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions at Auctane as Tech Lead and Engineering Manager for the Postship Platform, where responsibility included delivering Metapack’s first public BFF Tracking API product. At Metapack, Stephen progressed through roles such as Tech Team Leader, Tribe Leader, and Senior Developer, focusing on significant platform transitions and international team coordination. Previous experience includes roles at UBS Investment Bank, where Stephen contributed to a big data project and carried out agile transformations, along with positions at BioMed Central as an Agile Development Consultant, and various technical roles at Solum Financial, ABN AMRO, Virgin Media, and Convergys. Stephen holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Leeds.
