Brian Maxwell

Brian Maxwell, PE, SE, LEED AP BDC, is a highly experienced structural engineer and project manager, currently serving as Principal Project Manager for Ports at Mott MacDonald since December 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Vice President at WSP USA, where responsibilities included senior project management and structural engineering across diverse sectors such as industrial, marine, transportation, and rail. A track record of project management roles at BergerABAM and ABHT Structural Engineers involved oversight of various structural analyses and designs. Early career experience as a project engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers and HCDA Engineering, Inc. laid a solid foundation in structural design for significant building projects. Brian holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
