Chris Ackerman

Chris Ackerman is a highly motivated Client Director in Defence, with 20 years of experience in construction, rail, and defence technology across both private and public sectors. They have successfully led various programmes and projects, ensuring governance and risk management for clients, and have a strong background in public and private procurement strategies. Having built a consulting and engineering business in the Midlands, they significantly increased staff numbers and established a stable delivery platform. Previous roles include Programme Manager at Network Rail, Associate Director at WYG, and managing multi-million-pound defence procurement requirements at the MOD. Chris holds an MSc in Military Construction Engineering from Cranfield University and an NVQ Level 5 in Training and Development from CIPD.
