Gemma Hoad is an experienced project manager with a strong background in environmental water management. Beginning a career as a Senior Water Consultant at AECOM from October 2006 to July 2017, Gemma transitioned to WSP as a Project Manager from August 2017 to January 2024. Following this, Gemma served as an Associate Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol from February 2024 to September 2025 and currently holds the position of Associate Project Manager at Mott MacDonald since October 2025. Gemma Hoad holds an MSc in Environmental Water Management from Cranfield University and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
