Mark Enzer is a seasoned leader in the built environment, currently serving as the Steering Group Chair for Built Environment Connective, where they advance systems thinking and drive positive change. They previously held various senior roles at Mott MacDonald, including Global Water Sector Leader and Chief Technical Officer, and contributed significantly to the National Digital Twin Programme as its Head. With 38 years of experience at Mott MacDonald, Mark has also been involved as a strategic advisor and has served as a director at the Centre for Digital Built Britain. They currently hold visiting professorships at both the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London while pursuing master's degrees in Tropical Public Health Engineering at the University of Leeds and Engineering Science at the University of Oxford.
