Melonie Dando

Melonie Dando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and financial management across various sectors, including defence, aerospace, and nuclear energy. As Co-Founder and Director of Plans Change since January 2021, Melonie played a key role in launching the company and is now focused on its growth and investment initiatives. Prior to this, Melonie held significant positions such as Head of Project Controlling at Airbus Defence and Space and Project Accountant at Astrium, where responsibilities included overseeing financial controls and project accounting for major defence projects. More recently, Melonie has provided consultancy services for programme transformation and strategic advising to C-level executives and board stakeholders through freelance work and a position as Senior Associate Project Controls Manager at Mott MacDonald.
