Michael Bell

Michael Bell is a Senior Air Quality Consultant at Mott MacDonald, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Michael accumulated extensive experience in air quality management, serving as an Air Quality Consultant and Assistant Air Quality Consultant at Mott MacDonald and RPS Europe, respectively. Michael earned a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Agrocampus Ouest and an MSc in Environmental Protection and Management from the University of Edinburgh, where their dissertation was awarded the prize for best dissertation by the School of Geosciences. Additionally, Michael has contributed to various research projects, including quantifying ammonia emissions through atmospheric measurements and dispersion modeling.
