Michael Dye

Michael Dye is an experienced professional in the field of estimating and project management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist - Estimating at Mott MacDonald since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michael led SweetGrass Analytics, LLC as President and was instrumental as the Principal Cost Engineer & Consulting Estimator at Planning & Management Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing estimating for a $608M project at SEATAC Airport. Earlier, Michael held significant positions at CDM Smith, Swinerton Builders, and Diamond Construction Inc., focusing on various aspects of construction management and cost estimation. Michael's career began at ExxonMobil and Kroger, where roles included Field Operations Superintendent and Plant Superintendent, respectively. Michael holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Food Science from Kansas State University, as well as education from Wichita State University.
