Nigel Rayner

Nigel Rayner is a seasoned project leader and director with extensive experience in information security, stakeholder engagement, and business unit leadership. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Mott MacDonald since April 2016, Nigel focuses on enhancing information security and organizational resilience against cyber threats. Previously, as a Project Director at Mott MacDonald, Nigel played a pivotal role in innovative reforms with the Department for Education. Prior roles include Head of Further & Higher Education at Capita Digital and Software Solutions, and Sales & Marketing Director at RM Plc, where Nigel directed significant marketing initiatives and product launches. Nigel holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and has a strong educational background in marketing and business studies from Leeds Metropolitan University and Leeds Beckett University.
