Peter Lear has extensive experience in electrical engineering, beginning with a role as REME in the British Army from May 1999 to October 2005. Following military service, Peter worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at UK Power Networks from August 2008 to August 2011. Peter then transitioned to Mott MacDonald, where responsibilities included Project Engineer from August 2011 to July 2021 and later served as Technical Director in July 2025, as well as Principal Electrical Engineer, both based in Brighton and Hove, England.
