Simon Rickman

Simon Rickman is a seasoned civil and structural designer with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as an RC Detailer at Mott MacDonald for the HS2 project since November 2021. Previously, Simon held various senior design roles at notable companies such as Fluor Corporation, where contributions included civil and structural design on significant projects like the Fawley Strategy Project and the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion. Additional experience encompasses RC detailing for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, 3D modelling for offshore production units at Umoe Oil & Gas, and civil works on numerous infrastructure and industrial projects. Simon holds an HNC in Civil Engineering from Southampton Solent University, obtained in 1988.
