Stuart Allan is a Technical Director - Commercial at Mott MacDonald, with over 35 years of experience in engineering, project management, and business operations. They have worked with prestigious organizations, including Halcrow, London Underground, and the Land Transport Authority, contributing to significant urban infrastructure projects worldwide. Stuart is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, as well as the Institution of Engineers in Australia.
