Tom Candy

Tom Candy is a Senior Civil Engineer based in Southampton, specializing in transportation infrastructure. They have extensive experience as a Senior Highways Engineer and are a chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Previously, at Mott MacDonald, Tom contributed to significant projects including the UK Government EU Exit Support Project and the Lower Thames Crossing Wider Impact Study. Currently, they are working as a Design Manager at Balfour Beatty Living Places. Tom holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
