Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono. Motto Motto sets a new standard in fast-casual dining, offering the essence of a Japanese kitchen reimagined.

As part of their ambitious growth plan, the company is set to open three more restaurants in 2024, further expanding its reach and influence across their markets.

In 2021, Motto Motto Group took a bold step forward with the establishment of a food manufacturing division known as Kitchen Daddy. Operating in a state-of-the-art 1500sqm facility located in Parkinson, QLD, Kitchen Daddy redefines food manufacturing, equipped with a wide range of capabilities to cater to the diverse needs of the food service and supermarket channels. Here, innovation meets precision, and culinary expertise combines with cutting-edge technology to craft a variety of high-quality food service or retail-ready products. Kitchen Daddy's rapid rise as a multimillion-dollar standalone business is a testament to its commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
