Ruby Vas is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of GTM Enablement at Motus. Previously, Ruby held the position of Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement at Hello Heart, where they led initiatives to enhance client health and align training programs with organizational objectives. With a solid foundation in sales enablement from roles at Health Gorilla and Verisk, Ruby has consistently focused on improving sales productivity and training effectiveness throughout their career. Ruby earned an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
