Phil Harding

Phil Harding is an experienced FD/CFO who currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at KCG Audit Limited and as a Governor at both Barnet and Southgate College and Mount Grace School. Phil held the position of FD at University College London from 2012 to 2021 and has acted as Interim Director of Finance at the University of Westminster for 2024-2025. Additionally, Phil is a Committee Member at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd) and a Board Trustee for SAUL Trustee Company. Phil earned a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick.
