Julie Johnson

Julie Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture, customer advocacy, and customer success. Since January 2009, Julie has been serving as VP of People and Culture at Mountain Leverage, where the focus is on improving accuracy, productivity, and safety in distribution centers for various clients in the fulfillment sector. Prior to this, Julie worked as an Agent at Aflac from August 2001 to August 2014, engaging in sales, service, and claims. Julie holds degrees from Lipscomb University and Youngstown State University.
