Tom Simon

Tom Simon is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in software automation, sales, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as CEO of Mountain Pass Solutions since November 2018, Tom leads innovations in Faculty Lifecycle Management software for the higher education sector. Previously, as VP of Sales at Matterhorn by Court Innovations, Tom drove online dispute resolution initiatives, enhancing public access to justice. Prior roles include Growth Consultant at Simon and Associates LLC, Director of Incentive Marketing at Kellogg Company, and Director of New Business Development at Valassis. Tom's early career featured positions at AT&T, Dynamis, Intel, and Deloitte Consulting, where strategic insights and operational improvements were key focuses. Tom holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan and a BS in Applied Science from Miami University.
