Mountain Planet was founded in 2013 by Sergey Kofanov, a high-altitude expedition leader, Everest guide and rescuer, professional athlete with more than 25 years of experience.  He has remarkable knowledge about majority of the mountain ranges in the world. Sergey didn’t want to hold this precious information to himself, so he decided to share it with the world.
