Mountain Spies is an executive event design and experiential leadership platform delivering fully curated retreats, off-sites, and team development programs in the historic Catoctin Mountain Corridor.

We provide comprehensive event planning and coordination, including remote access to historic sites and locations, discreet conference space, private meeting rooms, transportation logistics, and a range of food, beverage, and lodging options tailored to executive and business teams. Every engagement is designed to be seamless, distinctive, and strategically meaningful.

Located sixty minutes from Washington DC and minutes from Liberty Mountain Resort, Hill Country Sporting Club, and Gettysburg National Military Park, Mountain Spies integrates premium regional experiences into customized programs. Options include sporting clays, battlefield leadership immersion, structured strategy sessions, and curated heritage experiences.

At the center of every engagement is the powerful story of the Catoctin Corridor. During World War II, this region became a coordinated national security architecture that included executive leadership at Camp David, intelligence development across the mountains, and interrogation and technical exploitation at PO Box 1142 and Camp Pine Grove.

Clients may choose from:
• A structured business tradecraft presentation translating intelligence principles into modern leadership strategy
• A three-hour guided terrain immersion with transportation and expert docent
• A customized combination of both

Mountain Spies transforms hidden terrain into high-impact executive experiences. From strategic planning sessions to leadership retreats and team building events, we deliver programs that are thoughtful, engaging, and operationally precise.

For executives seeking something truly extraordinary, the Catoctin Corridor offers a setting and story unlike any other in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Hidden Terrain. Hidden Heroes. Hidden History.
All in plain sight.
