In 2023, both Josh Cloward and Troy Giebel attended GDC hoping to increase their networking efforts and continue to push their way into a competitive game audio industry. After a day of Game Audio talks and discussions, Josh and Troy connected at an audio meetup. They had both taken an entry level audio class at university together 3 years before so the connection was natural. Surrounded by audio giants they couldn't help but feel small, but inspired to work hard and make something for themselves. A few months later, Josh and Troy teamed up to participate in a number of large game jams where they tried their best to make great music and sound design despite time constraints, and teams being flaky. Troy and Josh worked really well together and had a similar passion for the industry and with that decided to team up to create Mountain Totem Audio. 
With their combined skills, Josh (Sound Designer) and Troy (Music Composer) at Mountain Totem Audio Solutions strive to provide the best audio for video games. They come equipped with the knowledge to provide any audio related service for your video game project. They provide sound design, music composition, dialogue editing, and all the implementation. They specialize in FMOD and integration with Unity and Gamemaker but will continue to learn other engines as needed.
