Mostafa Sleem

Mostafa Sleem, MBA, CCP, PSP, PMP, BSc, is currently the Project Controls Associate Director at Mountain View, where they lead project controls and implement corporate goals monitoring systems. Previously, Mostafa served as Senior Projects Controls Manager at DMG | Mountain View, successfully managing a $4.1 billion budget and establishing a progress calculation system. Their earlier experience includes roles as Planning Manager and Project Controls Team Leader at SODIC, overseeing significant residential-commercial projects valued at $1.4 billion. Mostafa also has a background in education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at AUC Engineering and Science Services, where they taught Project Controls. They hold an MBA in Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a BSc in Mechanical Power Engineering from Zagazig University.
