Mountain Yoga is a friendly neighborhood studio committed to supporting the well-being of Oakland's Montclair Village community and surrounding areas.  We recognize each student’s unique path toward greater health and happiness, and seek to provide an integrated program of yoga classes, massage, acupuncture, ayurveda and guidance to support each individual in their quest for greater well-being.

New to yoga or our studio?  We offer instruction for all levels, including daily classes and monthly workshops for beginners exploring their very first poses.  All new visitors are eligible for our New Student Special: three classes for $25.

Mountain Yoga is the home of The Inspiration Series, an ongoing series of lectures and workshops by prominent artists, authors and scholars on the capacity for art, literature, philosophy and nature to inspire and transform.  We hope you will join us for these unique events.
