Kim Anderson has a strong background in loan operations and compliance. Kim worked at MountainOne Bank from 2011 to 2013 as an AVP Loan Operations, where they oversaw loan servicing and quality control. Kim then moved on to become a VP Loan Compliance Officer at the same bank in 2014, where they provided compliance expertise and guidance to various lending areas. Prior to that, they worked at Hoosac Bank as a Loan Operations Officer from 2008 to 2011 and as a Commercial Loan Administrator from 2005 to 2008.
