Peter Jurco

Peter Jurco has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Peter started their career as a Valuation Associate at AJD Appraising and Consulting, where they focused on valuing residential properties in the Chicago metropolitan area. Peter then joined Integra Realty Resources as a Valuation & Consulting Associate, gaining experience in valuing various types of real estate throughout the United States. Peter went on to work at Colliers International as a Valuation & Consulting Senior Associate, where they valued different types of properties in Prague and the Czech Republic. Peter later joined Branton Associates as a Partner, specializing in RICS qualified property valuations and investment consultancy in the Czech and Slovak markets. Peter then transitioned to Realty Consultants USA (formerly Integra Realty Resources) as a Real Estate Analyst, appraising a wide range of property types and gaining experience in valuing proposed developments. Peter continued their career at Lakeside Bank as an Appraisal Analyst, where they reviewed appraisal reports, performed internal collateral evaluations, and managed appraisal workflow. Most recently, Peter worked at Valbridge Property Advisors as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser before joining MountainSeed Appraisal Management as a Commercial Appraisal Reviewer. Throughout their career, Peter has gained expertise in valuing various property types and conducting discounted cash flow analyses.

Peter Jurco attended Northern Arizona University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus. Peter also attended the Brown Institute to receive an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Broadcasting. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified General Appraiser from both the State of Colorado in June 2017 and the State of Illinois in April 2017.
