Mountaintop Education Consulting partners with districts to strengthen instructional leadership through a multilingual lens.

We work alongside superintendents, district leaders, principals, and instructional teams to build coherent, sustainable systems that elevate teaching and learning for all students — including multilingual learners.

Our work bridges policy and classroom practice. We help leaders translate standards, initiatives, and research into aligned instructional routines, professional learning structures, and leadership practices that support strong implementation over time.

Rather than offering one-time workshops, Mountaintop focuses on long-term capacity building — supporting leaders in developing systems that are clear, coherent, and replicable across schools and departments.

Areas of focus include:

• Instructional leadership development
• Multilingual learner system design and implementation
• Language demands across content and CTE classrooms
• SLIFE and newcomer support
• Coaching and distributed leadership models
• Program review and strategic planning

Mountaintop has partnered with districts across multiple states and international networks, providing consulting, professional development, and leadership collaboration rooted in clarity, alignment, and measurable growth.

Founded by educator, instructional coach, and district administrator Mary DeSimone, bringing classroom, coaching, and district-level experience to this work.
