Dan Sinclair

Dan Sinclair serves as the Head of Early Stage Strategy at Mishcon de Reya LLP, overseeing MDR Lab and external legaltech initiatives, along with developing products and services for startup and tech clients. In addition to leading MDR Lab, Sinclair acts as an advisor for DraftWise, where investment and commercial partnerships are managed, and as a Venture Scout for Mountside Ventures, enhancing fundraising for European startups. Previous experience includes roles at PwC, where Sinclair co-founded PwC Scale, and at Teach First, where notable academic success was achieved. Sinclair's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from City St George’s, University of London, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a degree in Property Valuation from Cass Business School.
