Charles Boleat is an experienced project manager and consultant with a diverse background in IT and change management. Starting as a systems tester at Deutsche Bank and progressing through roles at Deloitte & Touche and Saffery Champness as an auditor, Charles later served as an information analyst at Mourant Ozannes. At TCB Consulting, from 2004 to 2011, Charles transitioned from consultant to IT manager and finally to senior consultant/project manager, leading team growth and strategic partnerships. Subsequent project management roles at JT Group Limited focused on automation and core systems upgrades, while efforts at the Government of Jersey centered around implementing the Covid-19 On Island Testing Lab. Since 2021, Charles has been with Santander International, and presently holds a senior project manager position at Mourant. Charles earned a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Hull.
