Keith Pearse is currently the Chief of Staff at Mourant, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations at CMS Cameron McKenna from 2002 to 2008 and as HR Director for Global Trust and UK Wealth Management at the Royal Bank of Canada from 2008 to 2013.
