Karin Moßner

Karin Moßner is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. They began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Compaq Computer EMEA BV from 1998 to 2000 and subsequently held positions at Intergraph (Deutschland) GmbH and Avon Cosmetics, where they developed and implemented HR strategies while managing operations and employee relations. From 2010 to 2016, they enhanced human resources functions at Avon and Minth GmbH, focusing on building and leading HR departments tailored to company needs. Currently, Karin serves as the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Mouser Electronics. They earned their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, following their studies in Economics at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
