Vinod B has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in multiple companies since 2010. Starting as an HR executive at IBM and later at HR-One Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, Vinod gained foundational skills in recruitment and resume screening. At Siemens Technology & Services Pvt. Ltd, Vinod served as a Senior Process Specialist, managing HR operations and addressing employee inquiries across India. Subsequently, as Assistant Manager in HR and Admin at Remedinet Technologies Pvt Ltd, Vinod oversaw end-to-end hiring processes and reported directly to the CEO. Currently, Vinod is a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Mouser Electronics. Vinod holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Annamalai University, along with two Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University and Indian Institute of Commerce, Delhi University.
