Ron Hay is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in retail strategy and channel management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Strategy for Retail at Movable Ink since May 2022, Ron specializes in enabling retailers to implement dynamic 1:1 personalization. Prior to this role, Ron spent nearly a decade at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where responsibilities included managing channel strategy for Email, SMS, and Direct Mail, along with various marketing management roles. Ron's career began at the Pittsburgh Penguins, where significant contributions were made in client service and account management. An alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh, Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
